Horrible shipping! I ordered a Clip 3 for my son on Dec 6th and got Covid 2 days later so I never thought about it until I got better. I realized Dec 20th that it said shipped on Dec 8th but nothing since then. Called and people on phone were horrible with standard robot answers. I asked for a supervisor and she finally emailed the next day and said they were checking into it. I kept asking where it was and asked do I need to order another one. 5 days later on Christmas they said they refunded my money because they were out of stock and they had no clue where my product is. Thx JBL! I ordered one from Amazon that will be here in a few days. Lesson learned! Never order directly from the company!! Amazon it is!!
Just trying to to contact customer support in Thailand and it is impossible to send them an email, their website sends you in circles without actually being able to send an email. I m guessing this is deliberate because they have so many issues with their products. My issue :bought 2 pulse 4's and they will not pair and play without issues of stuttering and clipping sound. Spent hours restarting the phone and speakers. To no avail. Yes they did work once eventually, but today it's back to being super unreliable. I've given up. They should not be on the shelves, because I'm not the only one who is having problems, it's widespread. Using Huawei P30 pro and have done the firmware update.

I bought a JBL Quantum 600 about 1 week ago and ever since yesterday everything's been acting up. I tried using it on OBS recording platform, for my YouTube video's and it worked fine, a little too loud at moments while being a little to quite, nothing to get me mad but then about 2-4 hours ago it isn't picking up any sound. By that I mean I cant talk to people using the mic, I can only listen and it'll randomly cut out every 10-30 minutes for 5 seconds.
Your probably wondering "its probably broken but I have its own holder that has never broken any of my headsets for 2 years now and I am in the middle of streaming and it starts doing this. W.T.F GUYS, YOUR MICS ARE SH#T. 150$ for something that cant even last 2 weeks, common JBL.
Just to let you know when I received the MIC from the mail (ordered it online) (doubt it was the mail because it worked fine for a few days) I was excited to use it and write a good review after testing it. It beat all my expectations until yesterday when it started doing annoying things, and today when it doesn't want to fu*king take sound (talk to people).
In my opinion this mic isn't durable unless somehow something fu*ked it up, but I doubt it. (edit- I've even reset the mic about 12 times trying to fix the problem, no luck).
Bluetooth speakers are fine, but the headphones are totally unreliable - they go bad quality a few meters from source, and they start tearing and putting horrible noise into your ears. They also cut in and out when its on slightly lower battery which has become such an irritation that I have to put a quiet constant backing over so it receives continuously.... i've about given up on them.

Why design a speaker that tells me it's low battery as the battery is dead? Why not warn me 30 mins before?

I ordered two Arena 6IW speakers from their web site at $59.99/each plus $19.38 for USP 2nd Day Shipping. The total on the order was $139.36. On 12/1/2020 I received an email informing me that the two speakers shipped and would be arriving soon. Within a few days a single speaker arrived. I contacted their customer service center immediately to confirm that only one speaker shipped instead of two. The confirmed and informed me that the second item was delayed. A copy of the message is copied below.
I waited patiently and contacted customer service again on 12/29/2020. They confirmed that the item was backordered and that an estimated delivery of the second speaker was unknown at that time.
I waited patiently until 1/15/2021 and contacted customer service again. They sent me to second level support and Clarence, last name unknown, asked for my supporting evidence of the purchase. I send him copies of the order confirmation, shipping confirmation, shipping, label, and a picture of the speaker that I had received. He filed an investigation with UPS and that it would take several days for a result
I waited patiently until 1/30/2021. On this day I checked their web site and noticed the item that I was waiting for was back in stock and available for immediate shipment. I contacted their customer service center again, excited that the speaker may actually ship out. It was during this contact that I was informed that JBL shows I only purchased and paid for one speaker and that they shipped me that one speaker. I was advised to place another order on their official web site to get the second speaker.
This was contrary to the evidence I provided, including the evidence of the charge on my credit card for the full amount. I asked to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor never contacted me.
I called back again on 1/31/2021 and spoke with yet another customer service representative named Ian. Ian reviewed my case and confirmed that yes, I ordered two speakers but their fulfillment system only shows record of one speaker getting shipped. He sent a a request to an ‘internal’ team to confirm that I had paid for two speakers. He also noted that since I had used Apple Pay, the standard practice was to deduct the full amount from my credit card immediately upon ordering the merchandise. He said I’d get a call back in 24 hours.
The next day, after waiting 28 hours, I contacted customer service again. The person that answered told me again that I had ordered only one speaker, paid for one speaker, and had been delivered one speaker. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The call was disconnected before a supervisor was made available to me.
I called back. This time a representative named Arbie answered the call. Arbie confirmed that yes I had ordered two speakers, been shipped one speaker, and that she would personally handle my case by routing yet another request to an ‘internal’ team to confirm that I had paid for both speakers.
Arbie sent a confirmation email with this information to me and told me to wait while they processed the request. She sent me a second email on 2/3 informing me that they were still waiting for a response from the ‘internal’ team. This message reminded me to check if the speaker was still in stock. I checked and it is again on backorder. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that it was indeed out of stock again.
I’ve searched a few A/V forums and social media sites and found that my case is not unusual. There are several JBL customers complaining about similar incidents involving discrepancies between order confirmations and merchandise shipped. Most complaints have ended with the customer requesting a refund and then only being given a partial refund.
I assert that JBL is either grossly incompetent or intentionally defrauding their customers. Either way, I’m seeking a full refund for the merchandise and purchasing speakers from a different company.
Purchased a speaker which doesn't charge. Contacted Customer Service who keep sending automated responses asking for the same information that I've provided several times. Even apologising on one occasion for my order not arriving?
Recommendation - Avoid Avoid Avoid !
I purchased a set of speakers during black friday at a sale price of 15percent off. Now it is Jan 2021 and they marked the same speakers down nearly 40 percent off. This is by far the worst marketing ever. I have tried to resolve issues. The customer service representatives are terrible. This has been the worst purchasing experience from any company I have ever had. It feels like a scam for marking prices that low after holidays......
Giving 1 Star, as there is no option for 0 (zero). One of the worst customer service in the world. Bought INR 50K worth soundbar and it did not work even for 2 months. Support team fixed the same issue thrice in a year and post-warranty is over the same issue reoccured and now asking for INR 9K to replace the faulty part that existed since day 1. DONT BUY ANY JBL products.
